Transcript of OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) Stakeholder Meeting

On October 12, 2022 OSHA held a Stakeholder Meeting to discuss their proposed update to the Process Safety Management standard. The meeting was online only. OSHA recorded the comments and has made them available at the following location: https://www.osha.gov/process-safety-management/background. A transcript of the comments is provided here.

The transcript is lengthy (111 pages) and can be difficult to read since it records everything that the commenters said, including the “Can you hear me?” remarks that almost everyone made.
