The PSM Report

When we started this site the focus was on finding and analyzing realistic technologies to address the climate crisis. Many companies have committed to ‘Net Zero’ greenhouse gas emissions, often by the year 2050. This is an extraordinarily challenging goal, and many of the proposed solutions are not realistic (that word again).

Later on, we started including posts to do with process safety management (PSM). Obviously, Net Zero and PSM programs are different from one another (although both involve systems thinking). Therefore, to start the new year we have started a new substack site called The PSM Report. New posts to do with process safety will be published there (we will provide links for registered subscribers to those posts). We will also start to shift existing posts to the new location.

At this site ― Net Zero by 2050 ― we will continue to publish analyses to do with Net Zero programs.
